INTRODUCTION. The choice of a treatment method in patients with stages 3–4 the esophageal achalasia remains an actual topic. OBJECTIVE was to evaluate long-term results Heller esophagocardiomyotomy Dor hemiesophagofundoplication at by comparing patient survey data instrumental methods diagnosis function.
